RECRUITMENT OPTIONS
Day to Day Supply
STC offers the full range of staffing needs for educational establishment on a daily and a short term basis.
Long Term Placements
There are three types of occurring situations which would generally require a long- term supply teacher. These are as follows:
• Maternity leave - cover for a definite period of time.
• Long term sickness - where the full-time teacher is not expected to return for a long period of time.
• Vacancy requirement - possibly due to the unsuccessful recruitment of a suitable candidate.
All three situations may lead to a contract being offered to the worker involved. STC has a completely fair and transparent ‘temp to perm’ fees system in place once a contract has been offered by the school.
Permanent Vacancies
The STC teams are experienced in many areas of recruitment, including executive search and selection. These transferable
skills enable them to bring expertise to our permanent recruitment section.
Our standard rates are extremely competitive; in addition, we are also able to discuss solutions for permanent placement fees
on an individual basis.
STC maintain that our confidential search and selection service for the recruitment of permanent staff, is a much more cost-effective, time saving solution to educational establishments than advertising in the press and the subsequent time taken to administer the vacancy which that requires.
