Diane Annis is the first Primary School Teacher to win the Primary Category of the STC Supply Staff of the Year Award.The STC Supply Staff of the Year Award enables schools to recognise the hard work and efforts shown by supply staff (either a teacher or support staff) who have been placed in their school by STC.
We are absolutely delighted that Diane is the first to benefit from this award.
Diane was nominated for the award by the school where she has successfully completed a long term assignment. The nomination form received from the school stated:
"Diane is a committed and enthusiastic teacher who we have come to regard as a member of staff. She has given us valued consistency in classes that have the potential to challenge the most experienced teachers"
Without doubt Diane is a worthy winner of the award and she was rewarded with gift vouchers, a bottle of champagne and a certificate to mark her achievement.
