IIP - Success for STC!

STC are pleased to confirm they continue to successfully meet the requirements of the Investor in People Review Standard.During our recent review the assessor recognised that "the business prides itself on offering a high quality service both to schools and teachers" which became apparent during the review.
Susan Moore, Managing Director said "At STC our aim is to achieve a positive and inclusive culture within the organisation and value staff contribution to the business. We like to keep the place family and friendly orientated and encourage staff to put forward ideas".
The report that followed the review stated "within the business there is an overwhelming feeling of one of team work and mutual support".
STC are delighted the staff have been recognised for their efforts.
