STC offers the full range of staffing needs on a daily, short and long term basis. We are able to help you with almost any staffing shortage no matter how short notice.
Our offices are open form 7.30 to 5.30 Monday to Friday during term time to ensure that you can speak to someone as soon as you require cover. STC also have an out of hours telephone number ensuring that you can contact one of our consultants when the office is closed. We can also be contacted over weekends.
We keep a very close track on all of our candidates availability, and operate a 'match to need' service, so we can advise you of the staff we have available and find the right one for your vacancy in terms of experience, specialism and location.
We advise pre-booking your staff wherever possible especially during periods of peak demand (October to February). to ensure you can book the person you require.
