STC Consortium Limited are seeking to appoint an Educational Recruitment Consultant to work in our Gateshead office.

You will be responsible for the following:

Generating new business through telephone sales

Develop and maintaining a constant flow of candidates

Proactively market candidates using a variety of techniques

Manage and report weekly on all aspects of your business

The successful person will also sevice current user schools and teachers and ensure effective and speedy processing of all teachers. They will be responsible for placing teachers in schools on a match to need basis.

The suitable person will be an articulate, well educated individual with experience in direct sales, recutiment or the education sector.  They will be ambitious, assertive, competitive and confident. They will possess excellent communication skills and be able to cope with pressure and meet and exceed targets.

They will be able to work on their own initiative or as part of a team.
